Pricing

Our rates per person for 2016-2017 are as follows:

£60 per person reservation fee at the time of booking.

£100 first rent instalment on 1st May.

Then the rent is payable in equal installments at the commencement of each term, based upon the relevant weekly equivalent rent & ranging between £73 to £85 per person per week, depending on the particular property & whether you prefer a utilities excluded or gas & electricity inlcuded contract (conditions apply).

Please note that in previous years all of our properties have been rented within 3 weeks of being offered and so we would encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot provisionally reserve a house until all the completed contracts are received with the relevant booking fee.

Please remember that even on our 'gas & electricity excluded contract' your gas and electricity used in the third term is paid by us. If you would like to have gas & electricity included for the first and second terms please ask about our 'inclusive contracts' (conditions apply).
